Here is a table design for a Silver Wedding Anniversary. I've used a polished aluminium dish with floral foam for the mechanics. When using aluminium containers, always put your foam into a plastic container first, never directly on to the surface of the aluminium, as it can cause the aluminium to corrode. I've surrounded the foam with some silver angel hair to hide the mechanics, then covered it with short pieces of conifer. For the height, I've used some silver coloured birch twigs. Some lovely white Gerbera with a dark eye have been interspersed with the twigs. Some white standard Carnations have been cut shorter and arranged at the base, together with some silver-sprayed and natural white Gypsophila "Million Stars". To complete the design, I've wound some silver Oasis® Syrian Cord through the design, to add rhythm, and sprinkled some silver star confetti over the flowers (see closeup picture, below).
